Jay-Z and Pearl Jam play "99 Problems" (see video)

Jay-Z has joined Pearl Jam on stage yesterday, 2, during a concert of the band of grunge in Philadelphia. The rapper played his theme "99 Problems" before an enthusiastic audience, clearly surprised by the unexpected duet.
At the end of "99 Problems" Jay-Z leaves the stage and the band led by Eddie Vedder begins his theme "Rockin 'In The Free World".
